Inside City / Dhaka: Within 5 working days

Outside City / Other Areas: Within 10 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, our customer support team or delivery partner may contact the customer to verify the order. For prepaid orders, processing begins after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. Mojumder.shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
